The P.A.T. Center is a NHSC site that will assist in student loan repayment. There are both full-time and part-time options available if you qualify and are selected. The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP) offers primary medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health care clinicians the opportunity to have their student loans repaid, while earning a competitive salary, in exchange for serving in urban, rural, or tribal communities with limited access to care. Pine Bluff location only.
The P.A.T. Center is an approved Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) site, allowing eligible clinical providers to participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and other HRSA loan repayment programs. Through this designation, qualified staff may receive student loan repayment assistance in exchange for providing behavioral health and substance use treatment services to underserved populations. Eligible candidates typically include licensed mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and substance use treatment providers who hold active licensure, work in an approved discipline, and commit to full-time or part-time service at the site for the required contract period. This benefit helps recruit and retain high-quality providers while expanding access to care in our communities.
Full-Time and Part Time Mental Health Positions (Licensed)
Therapist (North Little Rock, Little Rock, & Pine Bluff locations)

Qualified Behavioral Health Providers (QBHPs): Full-time positions for the Little Rock & Pine Bluff area.

Bi-lingual Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP)
Bi-lingual Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP): Full-time & part-time positions for the Little Rock.
Bi-lingual Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) works under the direct supervision of Clinical Director and/or an Independently Licensed Practitioner and is responsible for QBHP services to agency clients.
QHBP Services include *Crisis stabilization intervention *Behavioral Assistance *Individual Life Skills Development *Group Life Skills Development *Child and Youth Support Services *Supportive Employment *Supportive Housing *Adult Life Skills Development *Adult Rehab Services *The QBHP will also complete all other duties as assigned by the agency which may include but is not limited to assistance with policy development, auditing, transportation, participation on committees, mentoring, shadowing, and monitoring.
